I have started millinery (hat making) recently too and I LOVE it. Our tutor Amy Jansen-Leen (far left in picture) is so much fun and I am learning so much. The start of our class was an inspiring visit to her studio and then for tea at Martha's Pantry.This Thursday is the hand in for all of our three hats, one felt, one straw and one make do and mend. After we hand in our journals we head off for our Glamour for You photo shoot to document our wonderful hats in a lady like fashion, what fun!

ReplyDeleteIt is heaps of fun :) It is part of my costume course and I am so happy that I am learning the art of hat making. I knoe that Amy does one on one tution if you really want to learn.
